Menchie’s believes a business’ best advertising is the smiles of its guests. That’s why we focus on making people smile and built our business around making Menchie’s a fun and flawless experience for guests of all ages.
Making sure our guests are smiling is our winning formula, and franchisees and guests worldwide have subscribed to our philosophy. The result – in five short years, we’ve opened more than 240 stores across the globe and we project to have 500 stores open and serving smiles by the end of 2013.
The fun begins as soon as guests walk through the door and they receive the friendly greeting from a Menchie’s team member. Then they have the opportunity to choose from 16 rotating yogurt flavors and 50 toppings, until their perfect mix is made. Our guests can even pick their favorite “Sweet Friend” spoon to enjoy their mix with!
Guests also receive free toys, stickers and balloons, and can spend time coloring on our chalkboard or doing arts & crafts in our party rooms.
The guest experience goes beyond the store, as we recently launched a unique application on our Facebook page — the Mench-o-Doodlematic — where guests can color Menchie’s designs and share them to friends.
