Stores are well lit. Parking lots are clean of debris. The door opens and a team member says, “Welcome to Menchie’s!” Every look and touch needs to say, “Welcome!” or better yet, “Welcome back!” Guests collect our character-inspired molded spoons to keep the Menchie’s experience going at home.

We’re always thinking about brand. Menchie and his Sweet Friends are popular among the kids (and even some kids-at-heart). The swirly-froyo hatted Menchie mascot and his friends adorn everything from give-away spoons and stickers to plush characters and more, all to create emotional engagement and brand equity with our guests.
